Spark plug socket stuck aka I'm an idiot, what will this cost

Not being smart enough to realize everything in this car is quirky---I took a spark plug socket that fit the plugs that were going to replace whats in the engine now. Slid it in, encountered a little resistance, thinking it was the rubber bit inside the socket going over the plug, gave it a little push. Now the socket is pretty well wedged in there and of course it's too big to grab the plug. How screwed am I? I thought maybe an impact driver could spin it out? There's nothing to grab onto in terms of trying to grab the socket. Of course I then figured out my foolishness and changed the other plugs in about 8 min with no hassle.

any thoughts appreciated-cheers

A J hooked tool of some kind, like a screwdriver that has been bent. Metal wallboard toggle. Just tossing out ideas.

whew! A little penetrating oil around the socket and patience with an impact driver coaxed it out enough to grab with needle nose. Lesson learned and disaster avoided. Thanks for the suggestion as well Minnie, wasn't anything to grab on inside the socket though.
