Reading plugs

Just wondering how this plug looks to someone more experienced with reading plugs than me.
My concerns are:
The insulator seems too white (too lean? not a common MINI problem) except for the dark brown, almost black ring immediately surrounding the center electrode.
The ground electrode looks fine to me except for the last 1/4 or so of it's length that is almost black.
All 4 plugs look very similar.
The dark end of the ground electrode and the dark ring on the insulator seem to suggest an overly rich condition or too cold a plug while the very light almost white insulator seem to suggest a lean condition or too hot a plug. I know too rich/too cold would be more likely but..........

These are IK-22's, 19% pulley, Alta Intake, Borla exhaust.

Sorry about the quality of the pics, I'm obviously not very good with close-ups!

Hard to tell unless the photo is a close-up one. Can you do that?

Did you get a clean shut-down or, are these plugs pulled after normal street driving, idling, etc.If clean shut-down probably OK but, if pulled after street driving, I'd say way lean.

Just pulled 'em after normal street driving. Way lean seems to be real unusual for MINI's from all I've read/heard. Seems they're usually way rich.
Any ideas on causes/fixes?
Short of losing the 19% pulley of course!

I have a 15% pulley and I'll check my plugs as soon as I get it back from getting a NEW WINDSHIELD Due to crack ordered PPG glass and it came in. Took the Mini to the shop, they pulled the old windshield and, in process of installing the new one noticed fairly large scratch from shipping. They called the supplier who had two more in stock but when supplier was asked to check before shipping, they also had large scratches. Now trying to find one from another supplier but, probably won't be in until Wed. next week.
