another thread says this is a 100A fuse with the callout FL4, but i don't see it in the engine bay fuse box of my 9/2002 build 2003 MCS. does someone know where this thing is?

i want to pull it to try unboosted steering

Haven't looked there yet to see if the power steering fuse is there but there's another fuse box in the drivers' footwell.
