Hi all,

Just recently I was browsing through realoem and saw a timing chain repair kit in two different groups with pn 11318632773 (chain only) and 11312361882 (full kit).

The chain is open and comes with tools to close the open link. It also refers to RA 11 31 543 and 544.

Has anyone used this kit, and is there any time advantage as opposed to swapping with a factory closed chain?

 

the kits are either not avail or don't include everything you need. So we put together our own kit with everything you need and cost effective.
