Well I've been working on it. Got a K-DCAN cable and got most of it working with XP. Tested compression good, timing good, cranks but no start. Cant sync CAS to DME to reset EWS. dme can't communicate to CAS. Seems like I'm having a k-dcan problem. When I ask to check list of Modules in INPA it will give me 2 and sometimes 4 sometimes 14 back to 2 modules.

I bought the car used not running. snap on too originally said DME was bad, I check power going to and from DME and conformed it not working. Replaced with new DME and had CAS sync with key. Then was able to confirm DME working with Snap on tool.

 

I got mine going. Had bad DME, then bad fuel rail sensor, then bad high pressure fuel pump. Once running took for a test drive and came back making noise and running strangely found that the exhaust cam had slipped on the cam sprocket. Replaced with timing kit from Detroit Tuned. Now running great. Had a few problems with the DME I got programed but finally got all that worked out. It's a blast to drive.
