Obc problem after changing speedometer

Obc problem after changing speedometer
I have changed out my speedometer and now when i press the obc button it wont do nothing.. When i change back to old speedometer it works... What could the problem be that it doesnt work with the new cluster?

You have to have the Dealer to code it to your car.
