Hello. I'm trying to clear out a P2096 called trying to use DIS software however the initial connection says
"the diagnostic connection is not OK no voltage is applied at terminal 15 or U-batt is less than 9 V"
Not sure what to do at this point, everything seems to be ok. Battery is fine and starts without an issue. I have tried with door open and closed, waiting a minute or two, as well.
Please help!!
