I am in need of help my 08cooper S is now showing p0599 engine code and no one can help me except the dealer and I don't want to pay that much to be told in completly screwed

P0599 Thermostat Heater Control Circuit High.

Check for leaks. If the thermostat itself has failed, can buy one here. Here is a DIY.
