Cylinder Head Repair Recommendation?

Hey there, fellow enthusiasts!

My poor '06 Cooper starting throwing misfire codes and running like a POS recently. I did some research here and then took it in for a compression test. Sure enough, not 1 but 2 cylinders with low compression. Tore it apart (I'm a nurse, not a mechanic, but not afraid to tinker and maybe a little frugal) to find 2 cracked exhaust valves. I have one local shop who I gave the info to a week ago for an estimate and haven't heard back. They're the only local shop that services heads. Any recommendations on reasonable shops to ship it to? I'm in northern Wisconsin but open to shipping. I just need valves replaced. Not interested in doing that myself. Thanks for any advice. I'm going through Mini withdrawals, not to mention we still have snow on the ground, it's my daily driver, and biking 11 miles to work kinda sucks right now!
