Headlight washer vanished...
In my morning commute guy in front of me washed his windshield and soaked mine in the process.. after using my wipers and arriving at work, I noticed my headlight washer is now missing on one side.
I am curious, as to whether I can part the washer back together, or am I going to have to purchase a whole new headlight? seeing this hole in my bumper really depresses me
Of course this led me to inspect the other headlight as well, and I noticed that the trim opposite the headlight washer is raised off the bonnet like 1/16" compared to the other headlight.. Guess I am going to have to look up how to take it out and re-seat it. Hopefully the previous owner didn't mess things up too much or else I may need to put off AMVIV for a new headlight purchase.....

If the small arm that attaches to the silver cover is broken on the washer, you'll have to replace the headlight washer
You don't have to replace the headlight itself.
It's around 100$ I think. + cost of the silver cover. Which is 10$ I think.
I have to get a new washer assembly too.
You can take it off to see if the piece is broken. I believe 2 clips hold it on.
Fairly easy it's just dirty and you'll get washer fluid on yourself.

jet is $67-70 depending on which side and clip is like $9 on ECS... order it with a new thermostat setup + a Fumoto plug and some oil change stuff to hit the $200+ for free shipping since it's all stuff I need/will need in the near future anyway, no point in wasting 10-20 on shipping.
all OEM of course

The tip of my headlight washer jet broke off too. My original thread:
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...-question.html
I bought a replacement washer jet and cover from ECS, and the installation was pretty easy. Be careful with the plastic retaining clip though, it's easy to break.(Which is to say, I broke it.)
And for your viewing enjoyment, here's a video of my broken washer jet spurting out the front of the car:

No , you would have to pull the headlight washer fuse, or take the pump /jet out and glue the headlight washer cap to the chrome trim ring.
