R50/53 Spurting headlight washer nozzle jet video
#3
True, not a feature I would ever have built or opted to buy new.
However, washing the headlights would have been useful in the bug storm. Of course, that's when one of the washers broke, and the other didn't do much good without wiping the headlight down (when a million bugs are stuck to it).
But I think I'm going to replace the silly thing because there's nothing to clip the chrome cover to without it.

Salty water dries on them....so the fact they are activated every few times you wash the windshield means you never need to think about it...they just stay clean...

ECStuning, actually I needed a new nozzle jet and a new chrome cover - something you originally pointed out to me (and parts I bought from you). :-)
The water spurted straight out because the tip of the old nozzle jet, which the chrome cover clips to, had broken off. The tip of the nozzle jet, not the chrome cover, also directs the spurt of water at the headlights.

Yep remember now the end of the jet was damaged also, hence the straight squirt. Sometimes its just the cap. which makes it still squirt to the side. For some reason I was thinking the video was squirting to the side.
