R56 , the ultimate mystery jerking

sorry i post this before in wrong section . now its good .

Hello all , i had my 2009 S Mini since year and couple months back , all running great and smooth , except ! this , now sorry for my poor english .

simply to make it short as possible , the car when it starts ( cold or warm ) the idle is little bit after 1000 , and sticks there with slight playing up and down , only slight like 1 mm up and down , now if i drive , the car it jerks like HELL , like it want to shift 2 gears at once kind of jerk , sometimes it delay the first gear up to 7-8 rpm then it "POPS" to the next gear ( POPS like some dinosaur just bi*ch slapped the car from behind to make it shift , and , with lack of power as well, putting full throttle like am driving a none S car (no offence ) , i have a HKS blow valve so i know if the turbo is charging or not , and it will charge little i hear a small WOOOSHT ,just its low down one not loud like it would be with such throttling , i diagnose the car with AUTOLOGIC and ISTA but nothing , my only fix was is to stop the car and turn off and on again and again for couple times then it will be fine and running smooth , full power and everything , i keep turning off and on till i see the RPM is on 700 - 800 ( which is the normal ) and just then i start drive the car knowing there is no issues , but if i turn on and off multiple times and i see the RPM settled above 1000 then i keep turn off and on again till its down to normal state .

now , the above is happeneing not like every day , sometimes i just drive the car normal , put the key and go , but sometimes it happens , more likely when its cold or not running since hours .

my attempts so far is :

replace the HPFP (USED) x2 pieces (two attempts)
replace the EXHAUST MANIFOLD (USED) x1
replaced the turbo charger (USED) x1
replace the BOOST PRESSUE SENSOR (NEW)
replace the SPARK PLUGS and COILS (NEW)

and no faults of anykind , even when the issue was on , i tried to keep the car running and go check it with AUTOLOGIC , still no fault .

any suggestions are more than welcomed , and thanks in advanced .

here , a sample of what am dealing with , remember .. i never hit the pedal till the end part of this video only . and the car was warm already before making this video .

My guess is that this is related to the cold start programming.

Maybe there is an error in your cars vacuum system where this does not get bypassed once it is warmed up.

Try cycling the AC when this happens too see if the RPMs drop back down to normal levels.

but i mentioned before it does this whether its cold or warm , and that my only solution that was turning off and on again multiple times ( see the video ) , thnx tho , but am sure its not related to cold start programing neither the AC .

I do experience something similar. Recently I had my car tuned by Manic. Manic disables the cold start feature and the RPMs are elevated like yours until the car is fully warmed up, once it is fully warm up then the RPMs drop back down, but this drop down will only happen if the AC is on, if it is not then I have to cycle the AC or turn the car off then back on.

and did you experience the same jerk shifting i have when driving ? like the car is pushing you forward if you keep driving ? or was it shifting normal even with the RPM issue stay on ?

I get the pushing forward mostly at stop lights. I don't believe that it was like this before the tune.

thnx for the help bro , but its not even close to my situation , as i described before , the car would push the shifting like massive rock being hit backside the car , and there is loss of power as well , and its always happening whenever i start the car with the RPM in that state , only fix i had is to switch on and off ( see video ) , again thnx , but its not the same what you had , have great day sir
