Need some help please -- changing valve body on a 2005 Cooper S, can't get the 4 plugs to come out on the 4 valves, the plugs on the end of the wires are green. I've poked and pryed and don't want to break the plug... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just worked on one of those last week. Pull harder. The fragile part is on the valve body not the harness.

 

I figured it out -- had to slide a small screwdriver in to pry up the plastic on the female side of the plug (lifting on the part that keeps the male side from sliding out) while pushing on the male part of the plug through the open slot/window. Bottom line, no fancy release, just have to lift the part that is in the way of the little catch then push the plug out. Hope this all makes sense
