Mutiple problems dont know where to start

So here we go, took car in a month ago as the arm that pushes clutch in cracked in half. We decided to replace everything except flywheel.

Got the car back and it had an idle issue, checked that the top valve cover where the mini logo is was broken( think the mechanic was leaning on it during repair) got that replaced still had rough idle and half power limp mode.

Ran diagnostic got throttle body codes intermitent normally happened when fuel was low.

Decided to check the wiring and noticed the two wires to EVAP were shorting, fixed that but still getting half power and throttle body issues (ps its cold here but not as cold minimum temp 5 degrees at night 21 day celcius)

Decided before I buy new Throttle body was to change the EVAP, this seems to have made a difference no more half power or throttle body issues.

Only getting system too rich at idle, I've tried to look but can not find any vacuum leaks.

Now this is the weird thing if I clear the error codes I get full boost and it runs like a champ boosting at 17-18psi. Then it cuts down the power later

So right now I am having the revs between 700-900, noticing multiple misfires in all cylinders more so in cylinder 4 a bit in 3. No oil or coolant mixture. Coolant not dropped
They misfires haven't set a code I've just checked them on live stream.

I have yet to pull the spark plugs, new air filter, will change fuel filter soon.

Moved coils around made no difference

So I am really stumped.

I thought it could be the flywheel but if it was would it still pull that hard when I cleared error codes?

Also checked rubber on boost controller all ok quite new replaced not long ago.

This is a euro spec no MAF sensor.

Will appreciate any info you guys can share

Ps I moved around the 4 green relays in the engine bay fuse box and cant remember which one goes where. I noticed they have some writing or amperage not sure what that is could anyone tell me the order yours are in. They have numbers like 74 and 34 and 15 dont quote me on those numbers.

Thanks guys
