Yellow Engine Light & Limp Mode

Just had the timing chain replaced along with guide and tensioner last week. Upon cold start (first start of the day) Car will now trigger the "yellow half engine" icon on instrument cluster, and you can feel the car has no power. Car will drive like this for about 2-3 minutes, and then return to normal, and run that way the remainder of the day.

Read the codes and they are
P2D50
P2D9C

The car only has 38,000 miles, I had the valves blasted with walnut shells at the dealer 2 years back.

While I have an accessport, this is happening on the standard JCW tune.

Any Ideas?

Dealer is sending tow truck to pick up the car and evaluate it.

Turns out when they replaced the timing chain, they did not tighten the NM Engineering charge pipe properly. It was leaking are, and caused the Yellow engine light. The codes were a result of the engine going into limp mode, not the cause.

So you're saying it was the NM pipe?

Whenever I have something done to my MCS I always inspect everything and clean the mechanics dirty fingerprints. After my dealer replaces my clutch Monday or Tuesday I will be inspecting every wire connection, shifting cables and coolant hoses to make sure everything is tight.

Yes, It was the clamps on the NM charge pipe that were not tight. Lesson learned.
