Any Problems With 2nd Gen Justa's?
I get a wet drivers seatbelt randomly, most recently last night.
I have an 09 justa ***WITH NO SUNROOF***
I parked it on a clear day, did not drive it sat, rained hard, got in sunday midmorning and put my seatbelt on, POOF dripping wet belt.

I dont see anything wet, not the seal, not th ecarpet or the b-pillar trim.
anyone???

Our 2013 Justa has on occasion had a loud clatter/rattle noise upon start up. This only happens once in a while and is not how it normally sounds upon start up, but when it does happen it usually takes about ten to fifteen minutes to quite down.
really sounds a lot like lifters rattling pretty bad but that doesn't make any sense as it doesn't do it all the time at start up and when it does happen it lasts longer than it should for lifters to pump up.
It only has 6K miles on it so it shouldn't be the timing chain, at least I wouldn't think so.
Any other Justa owners out there had this happen with their Mini's?

We're supposed to bring it in to the dealership after the first of the year for routine maintenance so I'll ask them about it then.
Would the dealership looking into this be covered by our warranty? I've read on here that Mini dealerships want an up front payment just to check on things like the timing chain and will only refund that payment if something wrong is found that is covered under the warranty.

All of them have vacuum pumps but the Cooper has a different part number than the S or JCW. Are you thinking of the high pressure fuel pump perhaps? I think that that is one of the parts that is specific to the S and JCW.
It was an expensive repair ($740ish) but a heck of a lot cheaper than a new engine would have been if the vacuum pump had caused the engine to seize.
