Replace OEM cat with aftermarket

Has anyone successfully replaced the factory catalytic converter with an after maket one that doesn't throw codes? The dealer wants $2400 to replace the Cat. I have found ones online for $600 - $700. I have a 2008 Clubman with 90,000 miles on it.

I replaced my working oem cat with a magnaflow and it threw codes. i then was directed towards the Random Technologies Cat and have run it for a year without codes. I highly recommend this option. http://www.randomtechnology.com/ I got mine from Jan at RMW and he uses them on his headers with great results. It was a bargain compared to oem.

OEM JCW Downpipe

I just took my downpipe out and replaced it with a catless. If the oem one sitting in my garage will fit your clubman, I'm happy to sell it to you $300 plus shipping! its a 2013 R56 JCW. About 10,000 when I took the dp out. Should throw NO CODES if it fits. :-)
