2011 Base throwing 3 codes: P0100, P0003, P15E5

The CEL came on this afternoon. My OBDII scanner/trip logger shows 3 codes and the following descriptions: mass or volume air flow circuit, unknown powertrain DTC, and fuel volume regulator control circuit low.

Ran a search on NAM and pulled up a few threads with limited information to apply to my situation. Any thoughts?

For the P0100 fault code, I plan to check my K&N air intake set up to make sure that everything is tight and clean. It was installed last September and never caused any lights to come on.

For P0003, I wonder if it has anything to do with the royal purple max clean that I used some 5 tanks ago.

For P15E5, I think the engine misfired once today, not sure what part of the engine to check?

All 3 codes are detected/noted at the same time.

CEL went away after codes were cleared. My research shows that the problem is mostly likely with the MAF sensor. Purchased the CRC spray to clean said sensor should CEL return.

Haha I gotta help myself if no one is around. Having the code reader really helped reduce my anxiety. The carchip pro is somewhat outdated but still does the job.
