Trying to find a horse thief

I have an '02 MCS with 83k miles, a -19% pulley, Cravenspeed CAI, Nology Hotwires, Miltek cat-back, DT bpv, and the rest is stock besides suspension and stuff. A friend of mine got the Dash Command app w/ an ELM325 Bluetooth unit to his Android phone. We plugged it in today and took the car for a quick run - I got it up to 70 mph in 3rd (5-6k rpm) and the readout never got above 145 hp. So, is the reader wrong? Is something robbing HP from my car? Do I just need to Redline it (a little worried to do so with the -19% pulley). Or, with the age and mileage - is this expected. Next question - what can I do, check, replace, etc... to help? No engine lights on at this time. Thanks for the suggestions! SpeedySmurf
