I'm not sure what to call it but the white plastic part supporting the shift lever cracked which I'm hoping is the only reason I can't engage reverse. In a tech diagram that I found at Penske Parts it doesn't show the part as an individual part that you can order, it appears to be included in the gear shift lug (part no. 25117542693).

So do I have to order the complete gear shift lug and would anyone know if this the main reason why I cannot engage reverse?
