my SC sounds fine during driving but every single time i turn off my car as the engine speed drops to 0 i hear a whine that last for about 1-2 seconds. no other unusual noises that i know of. is this just the SC slowing down and stopping? is it normal? could it be something else?

any advice will be helpful!

 

no its your power steering pump mine does the same crap

 

any reason to worry? ik the pumps go out alot on them. early sign of failure?

 

nope just a thing it does, just really really loud noise from the pump means its going.
