HI I have a 2005 mini cooper with the damm keybattery which has died. I have been told by the dealer I will have to buy a new key at $175 bucks. Is there any way to open the damm thing up and do it myself vs buying a whole newkey? Are there any good options vs buying new key from the dealer?
