surge and bucking when accelerating hard
2011 mcs auto. When driving about 40mph and floor the car sometimes it will surge and buck. It does not seem to hit the rev limter but that what it feels like, it has done this since day one. The dealer said its normal because it protects the auto trans. It usually will happen when it tries to downshift 2 gears. Is this true?
