Motor spinning noise coming from around gas tank.
Tonight I noticed what sounds like a motor noise, I can hear it spinning with the motor running. Now that I think about it I always used to hear some type of motor noise coming from the same location when the car had been sitting awhile, when I unlock the car or after I lock it. I don't know if I'm confusing the door motors after an unlock or lock with say a fuel pump, what is this motor sound that I hear near the gas tank? When motor is running it's a constant motor noise.

Problem solved
It seems that most pumps in the MCS make this noise for whatever reason. I have compared a few 2007-2008 Mini's where they all had this pump noise coming from the gas tanks. It appears normal.
