Fault Code! Help!!!P0054
Hi ,
I have p0054 (ho2s heater resistance) on my 04 R53.
I tried to search, and looks like it may be the O2 sensor.
I replaced my O2 sensor within last 3~4months!
Anybody know what cause this fault code??????
What needs to be replaced????

oxygen sensors are super common to fail on BMW / MINI. Yet these threads still pop up here and there. I suppose you could Ohm test the sensor heater circuit and get SOME resistance if good- open / OL if bad. I would just take the sensor back and get it warrantied. most have 12/mo 12,000 mile warranty
