window problems 2009 cooper clubman

I have a 2009 mimi clubman and i am having trouble with the right side window. it is not closing right. it goes up but somtimes will come back down and stop. and it is not sitting correctly against the 3rd door. someone said the computer need to be reset.. any help..

You can try this:
Instructions

  • 1 Insert the keys and turn on the ignition. It does not matter whether you start it or not.
  • 2 Put the window all the way up (if you are able).
  • 3 Press and hold the window switch in the up position for 10 or more seconds. Do this with the door closed.
  • 4 Open the door to make sure the window drops as it should. Close the door to make sure it goes back up again.

That worked thanks. One more thing I keep getting a triangle with a snowflake on my display what is this?

Warning with snow flake

The car is telling you that the temperature is below 37 degrees and to be aware of ice on the roads.

This is my first mini this is all new to me. Anything i should look for its a 2009 clubman with 56000 on it.

I have one but thank you do much. By the way the top front corner of the passenger window is not sitting in the gasket like the drivers side is this something wrong
