Ok heres the deal I'm new the the cooper family, and as of 2 days ago i bought a 02 mini, it has some issues. I have been all over the internet looking at some problems i have been having, i love the car, but am baffled at some things. Literally, drive it from the seller and fill it with gas, then it took 3 times to start drive it over to show a friend, restart it for a drive and the SES light comes on. Booooooooo. So the next day i take it to mini they hook me up and reset the light, but said its reading a large leak. So no more light, i start driving it from LA to las vegas, and stop and fill up, drive away and guess what the SES light comes back on. Im trying to track down the obd code p0455 - it says large leak, autozone said it could be as easy as a gas cap so went to mini and bought a new one, no luck. Any suggestion please help??? Also my a/c light is blinking ? Thoughts ?
