Does anyone have the proper torque specs for the spark plugs in metric and english? Thanks

21 ft lbs. only reason I know is Randy Webb told me as he was replacing mine.

Make sure you use anti seize......you will regret not doing so some day.......aluminum and steel are friends but NOT pals......

Torque values are quoted on dry threads. If you use antiseize then you need to be aware that it acts like a lube and that means that the plug is likely to be over tight. Probably no big deal on your small block iron head. Aluminum. Hmm. Same as with wheel bolts or lugs or anything for that matter. How much less---I have no idea, I just guess. Yes, I use it just like pocketrocketowner and for the same reasons.
