I need to replace my belt and don't have the tool. If there's another member in utah with one I could borrow I'd be grateful.

 

If you can't find one, any long metal bar works, with a 9/16ths socket (6pt preferable) on the upper bolt as a lever (may need a shim between the frame rail), and a 1/4x1" bolt in the lower hole to push up on. Not ideal, but it gets the job done. Note: remove your dipstick first - I broke part of the yellow plastic handle in the process.
