Ok, I noticed this last night and am curious about it. While zipping around 285 my speed got up to 85-90ish a couple of times (maybe even a little faster - possible *shrugs*). Each time it got up that fast, I heard a very audible sound coming from the spedometer/passenger side somewhere (i couldn't tell exactly where cause I needed to keep my eyes on the road). It seemed like the sound could have been an alarm of some sort, but it didn't really sound like an alarm.

So I'm curious.... is this normal? I mean, I've heard of/experienced gov issues, where you get to 100 and the engine drops the power/speed to 90 before going 100% again. So, could this be something similiar? Or could I have a potential issue that needs to be addressed?
