Hi,
I have 2 problems with my radio:

1) The radio alarm: all days at 02:00 AM !!! every 10 minutes, 3 times.
If I'm driving the car (02:00 AM) and I'm listening usb/aux music, the text "ALARM" is on the RADIO display and then, the radio is turned to an AM/FM station.
I could not find any config on the radio to eliminate this alarm.

2) When the car is not running but the key inserted, the radio is only on for about 10/15 minutes and then the radio is auto powered off.
I could not find any config on the radio to modify this.
Checked with key inserted and ignition on, with the same behavior.

I can't help you at all with #1. Sorry!

#2 is normal behavior to keep the radio from running down the battery. My wife's Kia does the same thing, and I find it annoying in both cars. I'm not aware of any way to change it.

 

Do you have a picture. I don't remember an alarm function in the radio display for US cars.
