Hey folks,
My 07 gigantic sunroof sticks in the closed position, if i give it a gentle push up while activating the control it goes up and then slides no problem. Any suggestions on how to skip the gentle push step?

 

Ya, take to the dealer and have them reflash the computer. It is a sensor that the computer reads and the computer thinks it is jammed and closes it so it doesn't break something. Problem is that the computer is set to shut it down at too low of a sticking point. My '07 did the same thing for the whole first summer that I had it until BMW finally admitted to something being wrong. After the dealer reprogramed it, it was fine...don't know if they will do it out of warrantee, though.

 

Damn computers............ Well i suppose its an easy fox other than I'm sure that its gonna cost some silly amount of money......
