2003 MCS No Heating

2003 MCS No Heating
2003 MCS standard
Maybe someone can help .... I cannot get ANY heat inside the car at all. No demist, no heat.
1. Coolant level OK
2. Coolant bled using several methods over many cool/hot cycles.
3. Water pump working (flow when engine hot)
4. Coolant hoses hot when engine up to normal temps.
5. Engine temps maintaining normal no problem.
6. No codes.
Both my local garage and I have been chasing this for a while now and no solutions. It's now becomming a SERIOUS issue as I'm in Canada and the white stuff is beginning to fly.
