Door not closing all the way?

While cleaning my car the other day, I noticed that my driver side door doesn't seem to close all the way. I haven't noticed any unusual road noise, but it certainly isn't flush. Passenger side is no where near as excessive.

Anyone else notice this issue?

There have been several threads on trim alignment issues.
here is one:

I think the issue is the uneven trim installation rather than misaligned doors or panels.

Thanks, appreciate the response. While the trim may be a part of the issue, if you look a little closer, you'll notice a difference where the door and body come together and aren't aligned. Larger gap, and not smooth when you run your hand across. Quite different from the passenger side.

When I have my first service appointment, I plan on asking them to adjust it. Really just curious if others have had similar experiences as it relates to the door gap. Really don't think it's simply the trim.
