I own a 2005 mini s w/ Harman/Kardon sound system the radio is on but I can only use the volume I can't change the station or use the CD or my iPad it's like stock on an FM station and noting but the volume works and the only way I can turn it off is by turning off the car. Does anyone know what might be wrong with it and what I can do to fix it?

 

What kind of station is it stuck on? That wouyld tell us just how serious the problem really is! Sorry, I couldn't resist...

 

The differance on the h/k radio is the amp and speakers...
so simplest solution is just to buy a used radio (with the anti theft code) and swap it...
I guessing some soda/coffe got spilled on the faceplate, and gummed it up..could try some contact cleaner or something to try to unstck it and clean the contacts...
