Body Plugs

So on a USA spec car, under the rear seat on the passenger side, I noticed an empty hole when I decided to clear 10 years of grit out from under there. Even found money.

So I noticed on the right hand side, right under where the back of your knee would go and just under where the carpet ends I have a hole to the outside, anyone have any idea where I can get a part number for this? I assume a plug goes in there and I can not find it in realoem.

Thanks!

It wasn't any of these?

Numbers 8 and 10 seem to point in the area.

There may not be a plug for it, since the seat covers it.

Thanks! 8 might be it, although I remember it being oval and physically it is not pointed out. It would be right next to the 21.
