Accellorator Lag

Hey,
I just purchased a 2011 MINI S and I notice when taking off their is a short delay or response to the take off. If anyone else has had this issue could you please respond? It might be normal, like I said, I just bought it 2 days ago.

Push the Sport button. It will get better.

Normal MINI quirk. Sport button makes a big difference. Some people (Me included.) purchase a SprintBooster which also helps with throttle response.

Lots of threads (Just search Sprint Booster) on this topic, and lots of opinions! Personally I like mine, glad I got it. Good luck!

Normal ops when driving the Mini... Get in the car, fasten seat belt, start the car, press the sport button, drive off...

The inconsistent delay of the throttle, especially with the automatic, is beyond maddening!
