If noise is that loud and unit is dropping out, I don't think oil is the ansewer.
What make of LSD?

Its factory LSD.. I just filled with the right fluid ( from mini of dallas) and the car is still very load at slow speed (20 mph) and the car has alot of vibration. Im thinking to drive this on high speed (70 mph) and see if it reduce noise and vibration?? Or better not and take it to machanic..

I would recommend getting it to a shop very quickly.
You don't want to do any more damage to the unit or possible damage to transmission itself.

I checked underneath, look fine, no rubbing mark or loose stuff.. what i notice is when i was moving the wheel fast by hand, i hear clunky noise from LSD and whole engine start to shake.. check the engine amount, look fine to me..

I would check the LSD to determine if it is still working. To do this, go to a secluded road with a gravel shoulder. Put one front wheel onto the gravel and the other on the pavement. Quickly accelerate the car from standstill. The gravel wheel should spin and the one one the pavement should grip, then the spinning wheel would grip as well. If that is the case you have LSD.
