Key fob opening locks but not switching on ignition

Jumped in the other day and the remote unlocks/locks it OK but when I insert it in the slot.. Nothing.

Presume its a fob issue but anyone else seen that??

Do you have another key fob? If so, I would try that one too.

The other key fob is fine,
I'm pretty sure its the fob but just wondered if anyone else had seen this..
