Window seal issues

I have noticed since its been raining the last few days that when I roll the window down and back up the inside of the window is coated in water. I would expect the outside to do this but the inside?

I have not tried this with the passenger window yet. Its getting really annoying since when I do roll it down and back up and have the heat on the window fogs really bad.

Anyone have this issue? Guess is another one to have the dealer look at when my St. Andrews flag comes in.

I had a problem with my driver-side window leaking slightly when I would wash the car or drive in heavy rain. They adjusted the window... no dice. They are, as we speak, replacing the window seal.

Finally got around to taking the car into the dealer to have this and some other gripes looked at.

The SA told me that both windows coming back up wet is normal...on inside. I really have a hard time believing this. Is this in fact something these cars do?

Through rain and snow and sleet and all that fun wintery Michigan goodness, I've never had the INSIDE of my windows wet when I rolled them down and back up, and I HAVE rolled them down and back up during weather a few times.
