my 2002 Mini is very hard to start in the cold. It is not getting gas.

 

Maybe the fuel filter has gotten clogged with gunk. I changed mine at about 45,000 miles and it was surprisingly dirty. More time would have eventually clogged it.

Other than that, are your spark plugs good? Perhaps a check or replacement could help.

 

the dealer cleaned the fuel injectors and changed the spark plugs. the battery tested bad so i changed it it started four times then not the fifth.
