Coolant pump ?

have a '06 MCS thought I had problem with my coolant pump (coolant leaks, growling noise, locking up of belt). took off supercharger/coolant pump both seem 2 work properly,as does belt tensioner,alt,A/C pump.Never had a problem like this when the bad part wouldn't show itself.Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

Look closely at the crank pulley....
The oem ones tend to fail...the rubber starts to slip ..stopping the belt.
Also if that is ok...the waterpump gears, at bottom of the SC can go dry and fail...the belt will not stop, but the waterpump will stop, and the car will overheat.
Alternately, have you check to see if the belt is just slipping from being too loose? Shorter belts than oem are needed if the SC has a reduction pulley..the 535 length belt (us sizing system) is fsvored by most folks with the 15 or 17% reduction.
