I had heard a little while back that Forge Motorsport was working on MINI performance parts... they are based in the UK, but also sell in the US.

I sent them an email soon after, asking primarily about exhaust and here is the response (that I received 2 weeks ago):


You are correct we are in the process of manufacturing exhaust , oil & water
cap covers , Transmission and water tanks, Carbon fibre air intake . etc etc
We will have a dedicated Mini are on the web site.
The exhaust will be at least 6 weeks until completion I will keep you on
file.

Just trying to do my part to get these performance mod makers moving on MINI stuff. (or at least find out their status)

I really think it's going to be a tremendous market for all of them to tap into. Of all of my 'car' friends, I have found MINI owners (incl. myself) to be the most enthusiatic (read: obssessed) about their cars!

 

I wrote to Forge Motorsports regarding the Mini Parts, this is what they wrote back:

Dear Sir

We will soon have the following products ready

We are nearly finished on the development of
Oil cap covers ( all covers fit over the OEM parts)
Water cap cover.
Brake fluid cover
Window washer cover.
Carbon fibre Cooper S air intake bonnet scoop
Strut tower brace CNC billet machined
and a stainless exhaust system.
