After two years my '09 S has developed several buzzing noises....driver's door, passenger door and a couple of less annoying ones. Took a mechanic for a ride, left it for a day. I'm told no one can hear it and that the interior is quieter than most. The good news is that my lease ends on Sept. 29 and I'll have a brand new '12 S.

 

A mechanic, and not the dealer?

Either way, using some foam insulation strips, you can quiet the interior panel "squeaks" and "rattles".
But, you're probably end up doing the leg-work as most interior buzz claims are ignored or dismissed.

Buzzing noise on the door panels (if towards the top next to the door lock can be fixed by putting some type of insulation behind the door panel cover/trim.

 

I brought my `09 MCS in for same issue a few weeks ago. They "removed drivers inner b-pillar trim and insulated contact points."
