Help Funky Boost!!!!

Ok so i have a 2003 MCS with 113k on odometer. I recently have had the DT BPV installed about 1 month ago putting my boost to 16 lbs. Now after i took my car in to discount tire getting new tires put on i noticed my boost gauge wasnt working. I figured it maybe just came undone under the hood cause it was not reading vacuum as well. i still havent had time to actually pull it apart . Well after 2 days now i realize my car is having a huge yo yo affect. Much larger than normal. It almost feels like when the DSC stops your engine. Its a lurch feel but more smooth. I feel it most noticebly in 2nd gear around 2000-3000 RPMS. But this is only happening when i would normally be entering boost ( havent been boosting it cause of the issue).

I have no noise that is appearing as well.

Some of the tests i have performed

Gradually entering boost pulling to about 6000 RPMS - During this process everything seems to be fine no noise no DSC feeling

WOT 1st 2nd 3rd Gears it will do the DSC like action and slow and then speed up (yo yo) but sounds fine No Noise

My thoughts are that maybe my belt is really bad and slipping? (about 20k on the belt) I really dont think my DT BPV already has failed has it? I really dont see how getting new wheels and tires could affect this area at all which is the last actual work i had done.

So im a little lost with what to do.

Any Help Would be greatly apprecaited!!!!!!!
