I just received in the mail a stencil that reads "MINI PARKING ONLY". My dealer is also arranging a Rally and lunch the end of October. The MINI people do some pretty cool things!

Your lucky. I've received many bills since I got my Mini. Admittedly, I got them before I got the Mini as well so I can't blame the car.....

Yeah, we have had ours for almost 4 weeks and still haven't received any other perks from MINIUSA in the mail, but hopefully will within the next few weeks. I have not received any quality surveys/calls from MINIUSA or anyhting from J.D. Powers & Associates either.

Speaking of which, we have not yet received our permanent Roadside Assistance card....

The guy at the MINI Customer Experience office in NJ told me that the Welcome Package arrives about 6 weeks after you take delivery. It's dependent on how quickly your dealer transmits the sale to BMW. I've had Ringo only 5 weeks and no package so I'm not upset, yet. Also, I've heard that the t-shirt with the production number is a dealer perk that not all dealers are doing (mine did not. :???: )

The stencil sign sounds cool. Don't know about the timing or availability of it.

BMW phoned me for a quick survey of my MINI experience. J.D.Powers hasn't phoned. But then, I've watched TV for 40 years and never heard from Nielsen either.
Happy motoring...

I've had my MCS for about 45 days and just received a large package from the MINI group. In the package was a cool pen, a MINI Road Journal, Road BINGO, some cool dashboard signs and something else small that I can't remember, The box was titled "Welcome to the neighborhood"

Hope ya'll get yours soon.

Okay Groovy Guys & Gals,
Here's the detailed report on the Welcome Kit that arrived today.

I was told by the guy at the Customer Experience office in New Jersey to expect this about six weeks after delivery. This, as with everything else in my MINI adventure, happened before it was promised. This arrived in just 5 weeks. Great!

The 8.25"x9"x2.25" black cardboard box is trimmed in red and gray. There's a Cooper outline logo on the box with the words, "Welcome to the Neighborhood".

Inside, wrapped in Chili Red tissue paper and tied with a Cosmos Black "Let's Motor" rubber band are the following:
No personalized shirt, which I've learned is given by only some dealers to their first 300 lucky buyers. But, I ain't complaining. This junk is cool. Just like the Cooper.

    Happy Motoring...
