Seafoam Procedure, please post it

I don't want this to turn into a 25 page thread, but I've looked over the forum on Seafoam procedures for the Mini. Obviously there is a concern over carbon build up on these cars.
Can someone post an actual procedure, maybe turn this one into a sticky.
I know there is a wealth of knowledge on this site, so if you are one of those experienced owners, please share.
