Not so clean shifts

Hi All,

I just wanted to check on something. I have a manual tranny on the mini, and I started to notice sometimes i get a bit of a werid resistance putting it into gear. Like as if it doesn't fit quite right. I normally would put back into neutral and try again. Second time around it would go into gear easily.

I don't hear grinding, no slipping etc, when I have to attempt to put the car into a gear. It seems to usually happen in 5 or 6th and sometimes 1st gear.

Might need fluid added in the hydraulic clutch resevoir. Possible the hydraulic clutch or the slave unit is going bad. The hydraulic clutch system DOES NEED maintenance just like the brakes. It may just need to have the old fluid replaced.
