I had a ses light come on today and took my car to autozone and they gave me this error code what does it mean?

 

PO113 is temperature sensor too high. Check the radiator fluid just to be sure, if it happens again, I would replace the sensor.

 

If it was a temperture sensor would my car be over heating? Its not. My rpm's are jumping when I'm idoling and it seems like I'm losing fuel. My ses light will not go off but I haven't had it reset.

 

What year/model is your car?

 

A 2006.

 

Sorry its a standard and its a mini cooper. Its not sluggish just have noticed the fuel and the rpms jumping. I'm at 70,000 mi and never had a issue before my service engine soon light just came on when I was driving nothing leaking could it possibly be spark plugs or distributor cap?
