Seatbelt Removal/replacement

My driver's side seatbelt died (sticks every 3") so I ordered a new one. Anyone have a how-to for removing the side panel for access?

Got my seatbelt, unfortunately they sent the right front instead of the left, anyone know if they are interchangeable or if I have to get it switched for the left?
